Enrico Cardamone

Enrico Cardamone is the Director of Growth at IT Concepts, Inc. Prior to this, they worked for Booz Allen Hamilton for over 25 years, during which time they served as a Senior Associate and Business Development Proposal Professional. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of service-based solutions for major procurements, conducting diagnostic interviews with subject matter experts, and developing briefings for senior executives that captured proposed innovations, processes, facilities, assets, tools, and techniques. Enrico was also involved in proposal readiness reviews for the firm's highest priority proposals. Between 2011 and 2021, they were involved with over 100 major proposals - ranging in size from $125M to 1.2B - and achieved a win rate above 80%.

Enrico Cardamone has a BS in Environmental Studies, Chemistry from St. Lawrence University and a certification from Shipley Associates in Business Development. Enrico also has a certification from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in Change Management Advanced Practitioner.
