Analia H. is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at itti, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 50 engineers to develop digital platforms and customer engagement solutions for Grupo Vázquez companies. Previously, Analia held the position of Sr. Engineering Manager at TestGorilla, overseeing multiple teams on initiatives focused on platform stability and scalability. Prior to that, Analia managed engineering teams at Mercado Libre, where significant achievements included co-owning a large-scale cloud migration project, and held various engineering roles at companies such as ubiome, PowerToFly, and CurrencyFair.com.
