Dheeraj Bhardwaj

Dheeraj Bhardwaj is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at IT Convergence since October 2018. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Global Talent Management at NIIT Technologies Limited from January 2011 to October 2018, and Vice President of HR at Ness from November 2004 to January 2011, where Dheeraj led the Human Resource function for North America. Earlier roles include AVP - HR at Ness Technologies, Director - HR at L&T Infotech Ltd., and Human Resource Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services. Dheeraj holds degrees in Computer Science from SYMBIOSIS International University and the University of Pune.
