Guido Valente has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2017. In that year, they were a Project Lead and L1/L2 Support at the Ministerio de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros. In this role, they managed the development and deployment of requirements, followed-up on tasks, and built a small pipeline with Python. Guido also provided direct support to the users of the GDEBA platform, and automated tasks using scripts in Python/AutoHotKey. In 2019, they were an Occupational Psychologist at the Municipalidad de La Plata, where they conducted pre-employment interviews and delivered aptitude reports. Guido was also an IT Recruiter for Freelance, working with agencies and small companies on their IT job opportunities. Later that year, they joined IT Crowd as COO, Operations Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2020, they became a Product Consultant at StoryDots.
Guido Valente obtained a Licenciatura in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata between 2011 and 2018.
