Klaus Wiedemann has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Klaus began their career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1994, where they worked as a Manager until 1998. Following this, they joined BMW as a Gruppenleiter until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Klaus worked as a Technology Expert at Apollis AG. Klaus then moved on to BayTech Venture Capital, where they served as an Investment Manager from 2002 to 2004. In 2005, Klaus joined the company Capitalize IT.
In 2006, they founded their own software company called DAISHO Blacksmith GmbH, where they served as the Founder and Managing Director until 2014. During this time, the company developed and sold DAISHO, a personal productivity software for professionals.
In 2012, Klaus took on the role of Managing Director at both enextra IT solutions GmbH and enextra GmbH. Klaus remained in these positions until 2013.
From 2013 to 2017, Klaus worked at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions S.C.p.A. Zweigniederlassung Deutschland. Klaus started as a Senior Project Management and Software Expert and then became the Deputy Head of Markets Intelligence & Repository.
In 2017, Klaus joined it-economics GmbH as a Senior Manager. Klaus then progressed to the role of Associate Partner from 2019 to 2020. Klaus later became a Partner in January 2021 before being promoted to Geschäftsführer und CEO in April 2021 at it-economics GmbH, where they currently hold the position.
Klaus Wiedemann began their education journey in 1988, enrolling at the Technical University of Munich. Klaus studied there for five years and successfully earned a Master of Science (Dipl.Inf) degree in Computer Science in 1993.
After a brief break, Klaus pursued further education in 2003 by joining the CFA Institute. Klaus completed their studies at the institute in 2005, becoming a CFA Charterholder. During their time there, they specialized in the field of Finance.
