Magdalena Ivanova has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Magdalena started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Musala Soft in 2006 and worked in various roles within the company, including Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Expert, and Human Resources Manager. In 2015, they became the Talent Engagement Manager at Musala Soft before moving on to Xoomworks Ltd in 2016 as an HR Manager. Magdalena worked there until 2018. Currently, they are the Head of Recruitment and HR at it-economics GmbH, a position they have held since 2019.
