Petra Ozimek

Petra Ozimek has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Petra started their career at The Boston Consulting Group in 1988, where they held the role of Head of Career development for over two decades until 2012. Following that, they worked as the Personalleitung at Schön Klinik München Schwabing from July 2012 to September 2014. In 2014, they joined it-economics GmbH as the Head of HR from October 2014 to December 2015. Petra then became the CHRO, Standortleitung München from January 2019 to December 2020. Currently, they hold the position of CHRO and Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung since January 2021. Additionally, Petra pursued their passion for coaching and became a Systemischer Business Coach in February 2015, which they continue to do.
