Poli Zhelyazkova

Poli Zhelyazkova has a Bachelor's degree in German Philology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Since July 2016, Poli has worked in various customer service roles, supporting users in both German and English languages. In March 2021, Poli transitioned to a role as Global Service Desk Agent with German at Atos and later moved to it-economics Bulgaria in April 2022 as a Senior Project Office Specialist - PMO. Throughout Poli's career, they have gained experience in community moderation, customer service, issue troubleshooting, and escalation.
