Ann Swan McIpd

Ann Swan MCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as HR Manager at IT Fleet Automotive since May 2017, Ann is responsible for formulating and delivering the company’s people strategy. Prior to this role, Ann was the HR & Training Manager at Open Road Visions, playing a key part in the Senior Management team to oversee HR, organizational development, and training strategies from April 2012 to May 2017. Ann's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior HR Adviser at Care UK from September 2004 to April 2012 and holding various positions at Plane Handling Limited from 1990 to 2004, including Cargo Officer and Learning & Development Officer. Ann's educational credentials include studies at UCS Ipswich and training through ACAS.
