We bridge the skill gap be training unemployed youth in IT skills based on company requirements and creating a talent incubator for organizations. By providing high-quality, accessible tech education, the foundation aims to bridge the digital divide and ensure that no talented young person is left behind due to financial or geographical constraints. The foundation offers hands-on training in essential digital skills such as coding, programming, web design, and cybersecurity through its six-month main program. Participants gain practical experience and mentorship, preparing them for successful IT careers. By focusing on underserved and rural communities, IT For Youth Ghana plays a crucial role in fostering economic growth and individual empowerment.
