Annette Shipton

Annette Shipton has over 15 years of experience in training and development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Training Operations Manager at IT Governance Ltd since February 2019, Annette has previously held the position of Group Learning & Development Manager at G's, where responsibilities included managing training delivery and developing a bespoke Learning Management System. Annette’s earlier roles include Training Manager at EEDA, where training programs were designed and delivered, and Learning and Development Advisor at Elsevier, where Annette focused on creating training calendars and programs. Additional experience includes serving as Area Training Officer for Thames Valley Police and Training Manager at Buckingham Foods, as well as holding various roles at Barclays.
