Borys Kalachov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Chief Business Development Officer at WM GROUP since January 2020, Borys has a strong background in leading teams and engineering solutions, having also held the position of Team Lead in the Telecom department at IT-Integrator since August 2017. Previous roles at Incom included various leadership positions within the Telecom department, where Borys specialized in pre-sales engineering and project management, effectively addressing technical and business needs for key customers while contributing to product strategy and solution presentations. Borys’s earlier career includes significant roles in information security at the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Special Systems" and system engineering at VAB Bank, complemented by a solid educational foundation in computer systems and networks from Zaporizhzhya National Technical University.
