Tarlochan Gill

Tarlochan Gill serves as the Innovation Officer at Roedan Embedded Systems Limited, focusing on partnerships in embedded electronics and software. In addition, Tarlochan holds the position of Director at the Business Agility Institute UK, fostering collaboration with fellow Business Agilists. As Transformation Lead and Chief Talking Officer for IT Labs, Tarlochan drives the establishment of Agile practices and oversees transformation projects. Their experience includes a significant role as a Business Agility Institute volunteer and as a Co-Founder and Co-Active Business Agility Transformation Coach at Sntio. Tarlochan has also worked at UBS and Altran UK as an Agile Coach, promoting Agile methodologies and facilitating high-performance teams.
