Bira Padilha

Bira Padilha has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Bira started in 2003 as a Gerente Operações at Procwork, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined CPM as a Product Manager, responsible for the financial performance of contracts. Bira then moved to Value Team in 2006 as a Senior Manager, overseeing the Application Services division. In 2009, they joined BRQ as a Diretor de Vendas e Delivery, where they focused on business development and account expansion. Finally, in 2012, they became the CEO of IT Lean, a Brazilian company specializing in digital solutions.

From 1992 to 1995, Bira Padilha attended Centro Universitário Ibero-Americano, where they completed a degree in Análise de Sistemas with a focus on Analisr.
