Lindolfo Reinert

Lindolfo Reinert has extensive work experience in the field of IT, with a particular focus on data and analytics. Starting in 1998, they worked as an IT Manager for Banco MATRIX S/A before moving on to become a Partner-Owner at ECEO Business Organization Ltda in 2000. At Eversystems, Lindolfo served as an IT Manager, leading product research and development projects. Lindolfo then joined Pscon - Partner Solution Consultoria Empresarial as a Co-Owner in 2022.

In 2007, Lindolfo began their tenure at Porto Seguro Cia de Seguros Gerais, initially as a Systems Coordinator and later as an IT Manager. During this time, they led the launch of Porto Seguro Credit Card, positioning the company as the first non-banking issuer in Brazil.

Lindolfo's career also includes roles at Banco Pecúnia S.A. and Lojas Riachuelo. At Lojas Riachuelo, they served as an IT Executive Manager for various departments, including Midway Financeira and RCHLO. Their responsibilities encompassed systems, architecture, and logistics for fashion retail and credit card issuance.

Most recently, Lindolfo worked at Carrefour Brasil as an IT Director, overseeing data and analytics initiatives. Lindolfo was responsible for ensuring the robustness, resilience, and scalability of Carrefour's software and digital products and played a key role in essential projects such as the move to cloud and API gateway migration.

In 2023, Lindolfo Reinert will join IT Lean as the Director of Data & Analytics, marking the next step in their successful career.

- Lindolfo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business from the Nova School of Business and Economics in 2021.

- In 2014, Lindolfo earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Competitive, Economic, and Strategic Intelligence from the Instituição de Ensino FIPE.

- In 2011, Lindolfo completed a special program in Excellence in Business Management at the Fundação Dom Cabral.

- Lindolfo received a Post-Graduation degree in Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2008.

- In 2004, Lindolfo pursued a Post-Graduation in E-Business at SENAC.

- Lindolfo obtained a Superior degree in Administration from Faculdades Integradas Campos Salles in 1987.
