Tristan Poh

Tristan Poh is a seasoned military analyst with extensive experience in both private and public sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Military Analyst at IT Mentor Group, Inc. since March 2021, Tristan leads projects that foster innovation and manage the operationalization of advanced technologies for the Department of Defense. Previous roles include Head of Department in the US Navy Reserve, Senior Analyst at Valiant Integrated Services, and Senior Military Analyst at Cubic Corporation, where coordination of large research projects and development of key schedules and training programs for the DoD were primary responsibilities. Tristan's military career began as a Lieutenant/Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy, emphasizing operations and project management for over eight years. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the College of the Holy Cross and additional training from Defense Acquisition University.
