Krishna Chaitanya Rao is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the full recruitment life cycle and IT staffing. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at IT Minds LLC since July 2019, Krishna specializes in contract and permanent placements, including H1B placements and various employment arrangements. Previously, as a US IT Recruiter at ERP and ERP Corp from January 2015 to December 2017, Krishna developed a strong understanding of client recruitment needs and specific job requirements.
