Phillip Phoelich

Phillip Phoelich is a Senior Fullstack Developer currently at Propstep, responsible for managing various services within the company. Previously held the position of Senior Software Developer at twoday during a transitional phase of integration with IT Minds, where Phillip worked on multiple projects, advancing from Software Developer to Team Lead and gaining experience in leadership and management. At Niila, a Copenhagen-based game development studio, Phillip served as a Programmer and Co-owner, focusing on gameplay programming and team tools. Earlier experiences include developing the TaskLift platform at Photodoc ApS and providing IT support at Falck, complemented by roles in service and storage at Coop and Jack & Jones. Phillip holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Games Technology and Software Development from the IT University of Copenhagen, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the University of South Wales.
