Pollyanna Costa has extensive experience in procurement and back-office operations, currently serving as an Analista de Compras Pleno at IT-ONE since June 2016. Prior to this role, Pollyanna was involved in back-office functions at Segmento Digital Comercio LTDA from May 2013 to June 2016, handling opportunity registrations and post-sale processes. Earlier, from March 2011 to May 2013, Pollyanna supported sales teams at Componente Infocenter, engaging in sales tracking, proposal preparation, inventory management, and participation in bidding processes.
