Amrita Kumari has a strong background in talent acquisition and IT recruitment. AMRITA is currently working as an IT Recruitment Lead at IT People Corporation. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition (APAC) at Fidelis Corporate Solutions Private Limited. Amrita also worked as a Senior Associate- Talent Acquisition at Pantheon Inc, where they were responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates. AMRITA gained further experience as an Assistant Manager at SMD Consultants Private Limited, where they managed recruitment processes and worked with hiring managers. Amrita began their career as an IT Recruiter at Magna Infotech Pvt Ltd, where they collaborated with hiring managers to develop position profiles and fulfill recruitment needs.
