Robert Lanicca

Robert LaNicca currently serves as the Vice President of Consulting Solutions at IT Resonance Inc, where responsibilities include managing customer engagements and guiding clients through SAP S/4 implementations. In addition, Robert is an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at Seton Hall University. Previously, Robert held the role of Senior Vice President of Consulting Services at GROM Associates, Inc., overseeing P/L management and developing client relationships. Other notable positions include Director of Commercial Industries at NTT DATA Services, where Robert focused on ERP solutions for commercial clients, and earlier roles leading sales strategies and client development within SAP practices. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Villanova University and additional qualifications in Insurance from The American College of Financial Services.
