David Appelbaum, M.Ed. has over 20 years of work experience in the technology field. From 2000 to 2008, they served as the Director of Technology/Technology Educator at St. Peter's School 1834, where they led a team teaching and partnered with parents, colleagues, and administration. David also maintained a 150-user cross-platform computer network for educational goals and student information systems. In 2005, they became the Director of SoHo Division/Training Coordinator at Techguides Inc., where they managed the Small Office/Home Office division and provided computer and software training to clients. From 2008 to 2013, they were the President of Tech Support 365, LLC, where they led a turnkey managed IT services company. From 2013 to 2017, they were the President of NetData IT, where they were part of an award-winning Philadelphia-based IT managed services provider. In 2017, they became the Director of Strategic Partnerships at IT Service ArchiTechs, LLC. In 2020, they became the President of Experience Yardley 19067, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to creating and managing community events and placemaking projects. In 2022, they became an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University College of Computing & Informatics, where they teach Human-Centered Design Process & Methods, and a Radio Talk Show Host at WBCB Radio (Guest Hosts), where they fill in for Yardley Borough's Mayor Chris Harding.
David Appelbaum holds a M.Ed. from Temple University in Education and a B.A. from Temple University in Communications. David also has obtained a Certificate of Achievement - Workstations from Lenovo in May 2020, an A+ certification from CompTIA in July 2009 and a Network+ certification from CompTIA in July 2009.
