Gabriela Gheorghe

Gabriela Gheorghe is a seasoned professional in technology management, currently serving as the Tech Experience Manager at IT Smart Systems since February 2018. In this role, Gabriela oversees the TechX department, focusing on project management, business analysis, UI/UX, and graphic design, while also managing quality assurance processes and team performance. Prior to this, Gabriela worked as a Delivery Manager, leading digital transformation projects within the banking sector. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at ENEVO Group, where oversight of power and automation service deployments took place, and as an IT Project Manager at Groupama Asigurari Romania, ensuring alignment between IT and business units. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Tiffin University and degrees in Management in Information Technology from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
