Olha Lypska

Olha Lypska is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in agile methodologies and product documentation. Currently working at IT SmartFlex since April 2022, Olha has previously held positions at Rozetka.ua and OpExMan, where responsibilities included maintaining product documentation, managing product backlogs, and facilitating team communications. Olha's experience also encompasses project management roles at RAPP Ukraine/Adbakers, Aweb, and Aqua-webstudio, where project planning, resource allocation, and team organization were key focuses. Olha holds a Master's degree in Enterprise Economics from Poltava National Technical University.
