Michael Hanna

Michael Hanna has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Michael began their career in 1994 at Computer City, where they worked in sales and service, providing consultation on software, hardware, and networking needs. From 1995 to 2003, Michael served as a Network Administrator and Telecommunications Manager at The Hake Group of Companies, where they expanded the network to over 100 users and implemented secure remote access through VPNs. Michael then joined Ursuline Academy as the Acting Director of Computer Services and Network Administrator, where they upgraded the school's servers and network infrastructure. After that, Michael worked at TECH SOLUTIONS, INC as a Network Technician from 2005 to 2009. Michael then joined Fast-Teks as a Computer Technician from 2010 to 2011. Lastly, Michael worked at IT Solutions Consulting, Inc as a Remote Support Engineer since 2011.

Michael Hanna attended the Computer Learning Center from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Local Area Networking. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Glasgow, from 1986 to 1990.
