Ted Swanson

Ted Swanson is a seasoned professional in the IT and business sectors with extensive experience as a Partner at True Profit Groups since July 2018, focusing on collaboration and metrics-driven growth among IT managed service providers. As the Founder of IT Solutions Consulting, Inc. since August 1994, Ted has pioneered an employee ownership model, fostering a unique company culture. Ted serves as a Board Member at Germantown Academy and has contributed to various nonprofit organizations as a Continuing Education Instructor in Information Technology and business topics since 2010. Ted's involvement in YPO Philadelphia and Millennium Medical Education Resources Ltd as a board member further demonstrates a commitment to leadership and education. Previously, Ted worked as a Construction Manager for Habitat for Humanity International, helping rehabilitate homes for families in need.
