Mariia Morozova is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in academic and practical arenas. Currently, as Head of Design Department at STEP IT Academy since March 2012, Mariia supervises the final projects across various design disciplines, ensures project quality, manages personnel, and develops university curricula. Previously, Mariia served as Product Owner, focusing on sales analysis and customer retention strategies. Early career roles include Stage and Costume Designer at Odessa Academic Russian Dramatic Theatre, Stage Designer at Beit-Grand, and Artist Designer at markaTven Advertising Agency. In addition, Mariia held leadership positions as Head of Creative Department and Senior Industrial Designer at Эллайс, contributing to product development and innovation.
