Tania Dayub

Tania Dayub is an experienced digital marketing professional with a diverse background in education and marketing management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing Education Department at STEP IT Academy since October 2017, Tania oversees team management, teacher selection, and course program updates, while also conducting various educational events and lectures. Previous roles include Social Media Marketing Manager at Daylight, Head of Digital Marketing at JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine), and Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Kyiv Factory of Sparkling Wines "Stolichny". Tania holds three master's degrees in Strategy, Marketing Management, and International Relations from prominent Ukrainian universities, showcasing a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of marketing and education.
