James Nguyen

James Nguyen's work experience includes being the President & CEO of JN Managed Services Inc. since October 2020. In this role, they focus on executing an acquisition strategy in the Managed Services/Managed Security Services sector and improving cyber threat intelligence and remediation strategies. Prior to that, they served as the President of IT Unlock Consulting Inc. since November 2005. In this position, they aimed to solve staff augmentation problems and provided IT experts to save time and money for clients. Additionally, they implemented AI solutions to automate and secure call centres.

James Nguyen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (Management Information System) from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal between 1996 and 2000. In 2008, they pursued a Certificate in Project Management from McGill University, which they completed in 2009.
