Johannes Wagner

Johannes Wagner has extensive experience in product management and solution architecture, currently serving as Product Manager Data & Analytics at ITVT Group since February 2017, focusing on Power BI and AI solutions with Microsoft Azure. Previously held roles include Senior GSI Teamlead at ITVT Group, where expertise in AI and BI solutions was applied, and Solution Architect at Volt Delta International, designing CRM and automation solutions for enterprise clients. Wagner also led a department of software engineers as Head of Automation at Volt Delta International and at varetis solutions, where contact center solutions were developed. Early career as a Software Engineer at pc-plus COMPUTING involved IVR solution development. Educational qualifications include a Dipl.-Ing. from the Technical University of Munich and a Diplom Ingenieur from the University of Stuttgart. Additionally, completed training at Oracle University.
