Erin Dean is a seasoned professional in digital product management and marketing operations, currently serving as the Director of Digital Product Management - eCommerce at It Works! Global since September 2017. Demonstrating strategic leadership, Erin has successfully developed and executed comprehensive product strategies while fostering cross-functional collaboration across departments. Prior roles at It Works! include Director of Market Operations and Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating organizational needs, managing vendor relationships, driving personalized marketing strategies, and enhancing customer retention efforts. Erin's extensive experience also includes significant positions at LIVE MARKETING, LLC, Raymond James, PSCU, and American Marketing & Mailing Services, with a strong focus on project management, system analysis, and marketing automation. Erin holds Associate degrees in Graphic Design and Interior Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa.
