Joe Anderton has been serving as the Practice Manager - IFS at IT Works Recruitment LTD since January 2019, focusing on connecting speed of delivery with quality service for IFS clients. With a tenure at IT Works that includes various senior recruitment consultant roles in IFS and Epicor, Joe has extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Prior to joining IT Works, Joe worked as a Team Manager at Tesco from September 2015 to December 2018, overseeing Dairy, Fruit and Veg, and Non Food departments across three locations in the North West of the UK. Joe's educational background includes A Levels in Psychology, Business, ICT, and Accounting from Runshaw College and attendance at Bishop Rawstorne Church of England Academy.
