Monika Vanžurová has extensive experience in finance and project management, currently serving as Finance and Project Manager at IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center since September 2020, where responsibilities include managing national research projects, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this role, Monika held positions at OKIN BPS from March 2015 to August 2020, including Team Leader Project Management and Senior Project Manager, where leadership and resource management were key roles. Earlier experience includes working as PR/Communication Manager at Ministerstvo vnitra, providing EU project consultation, managing public events, and coordinating communications. Monika began their career with internships at Central Bohemia Region European Office and 21c Consultancy, and has a Master’s Degree in International Politics and Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Prague University of Economics and Business.

We are the leading research, development, and innovation centre active in the fields of High-Performance Computing (HPC), Data Analysis (HPDA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and their application to other scientific fields, industry, and society. We operates the most powerful supercomputers in the Czech Republic, which are provided to Czech and foreign research teams from both academia and industry. At present, IT4Innovations runs three supercomputers: Karolina, Barbora, and the specialised NVIDIA DGX-2 system for artificial intelligence computations.
