Andrea Ruddy

Andrea Ruddy has over 14 years of experience in incentive and well-being program development, currently serving as the Manager of Inside Sales at ITA Group, Inc., and formerly holding various roles including Business Development Manager and Senior Award Strategist. At ITA Group, Andrea specializes in creating award strategies that resonate with participant demographics to enhance engagement and performance. Previous experience includes coaching varsity volleyball at Des Moines Roosevelt High School for 17 years and working as a Merchandise Buyer at Younkers, where Andrea curated fashion jewelry and women's fragrances for 50 retail locations. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business.
