James McCollum

James McCollum has over 11 years of work experience in various roles. James is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer / Principal Analyst at ITA International since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2020 to November 2022. From June 2017 to August 2020, they were a Full Stack Developer at Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. (IDSI), where they developed and maintained RESTful APIs, web applications, and databases. Before that, they worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at William & Mary from February 2016 to June 2017, managing and maintaining academic tools and survey software. James started their career as a Web Production Assistant at Randolph-Macon College from June 2011 to February 2016, where they updated and maintained the college's website and worked on web application development and project management tasks.

James McCollum earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Randolph-Macon College between 2007 and 2011. James later completed a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management at Purdue University, studying from 2012 to 2015.
