Jim Stuart

Jim Stuart, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project quality management and leadership within military and civilian organizations. Currently serving as HQ Project Quality Manager at ITA International since January 2019, Jim previously held positions including Quality Assurance and Process Inspector at Fairlead Integrated and Command Senior Enlisted Leader at the Naval Safety Center. At the Naval Safety Center, Jim advised senior leadership on safety culture and risk management, leading development programs for junior managers and promoting operational readiness across various units. With over a decade of leadership experience in the United States Navy, Jim has a proven track record in employee relations, staff development, and performance management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and a completion of the KEYSTONE Command Senior Enlisted Leader Course at the National Defense University.
