Lena Carro

Lena Carro is an accomplished Senior Recruiter at ITA International, where expertise is utilized in supporting operational needs for the U.S. Government and commercial customers since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lena served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Newport News Shipbuilding from October 2016 to September 2021, contributing to America's largest shipbuilding company. Earlier experience includes a position as Staffing Manager at The Lee Group from August 2010 to September 2016, and a Customer Service Representative role at Ferguson Enterprises from 2009 to 2010, along with an internship at the American Red Cross in early 2009. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Radford University, earned in 2009.
