Tom Moore Vadm

Tom Moore VADM, USN (ret) serves as Corporate Vice President and Vice President for Nuclear Operations at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since November 2020. Additionally, Tom Moore is a member of the Board of Advisors for both Nakupuna Companies and ITA International. From June 2016 to June 2020, Tom Moore held the position of Commander at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), following a significant tenure as Program Executive Officer for Aircraft Carriers, where responsibilities included overseeing the design and construction of the FORD Class CVNs and modernization of the CVN fleet. Prior naval roles included Director and Deputy Director of the Fleet Readiness Division at OPNAV and Aircraft Carrier Program Manager for the $6B CVN 77 (GEORGE H.W. BUSH). Tom Moore's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Information Technology from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science in Operations Analysis from the United States Naval Academy, and a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
