Kecia Bertermann

Kecia Bertermann is an accomplished professional in the fields of learning, impact, and evaluation, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Itad since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kecia held the position of Director of Learning and Impact at Luminate from May 2019 to May 2025, overseeing a $100 million portfolio. Kecia's career includes significant contributions as the Director of Digital Research and Learning at Girl Effect, where responsibilities encompassed measurement strategy, research, and the strategic shaping of digital learning. Kecia advanced impactful strategies as Senior Manager of Evidence at Girl Effect and developed monitoring and evaluation plans for community development projects at the Nike Foundation. Additionally, Kecia provided consulting services for U.S.-based non-profit organizations as an International Development Consultant in 2012. Kecia holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Loma Linda University.
