Dênis Fortes

Dênis Fortes has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles. Dênis served as the Head of HR/Administrative at Itafos from 2017 until the present. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Head of HR at Companhia de Ferro Ligas da Bahia - FERBASA from 2015 to 2017. Dênis also held the position of HR Director at Grupo Bureau Veritas do Brasil from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they worked as the HR Manager for RHI-AG Refractories in Brazil from 2010 to 2012. Dênis Fortes began their career as the HR Manager and Proxy for Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio, a large metalworking company, where they managed a team of 23 people and was responsible for various HR functions from 1998 to 2009.

Dênis Fortes completed an MBA in Business Management and Business Strategy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2006-2007. The MBA focused on subjects such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, Dênis Fortes studied and obtained a degree in Law, specializing in Labor Law, from Universidade de Sorocaba.
