Dustin Hagen

Dustin Hagen has a diverse work experience in the mining industry. Dustin started their career in 2010 at Kiewit, where they held various roles including Short Range Engineer, Shovel Superintendent, and Sr. Mine Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, managing budgets, and overseeing a truck/shovel fleet. In 2017, they joined Smart Sand, Inc as a Mining Manager, where they continued to demonstrate their leadership skills until 2018. Currently, they work as a Mine Engineering Supervisor at Itafos, where they apply their expertise in mine engineering.

Dustin Hagen attended the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mining Engineering and Management.
