Gregory Ristrem

Gregory Ristrem has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gregory'smost recent position is as a Project Manager at Itafos since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amy's Kitchen from 2015 to 2022, where they held multiple roles, including Process Improvement Project Leader, Process Improvement Coordinator, and Manufacturing Coordinator. In these positions, they developed process flow charts, implemented KPI metrics, and created tools for data management to aid in Continuous Improvement projects.

Before Amy's Kitchen, they worked at CONAGRA FOODS LAMB WESTON, INC. as a Production Team Lead from 2014 to 2015. Here, they managed production activities, enforced safety protocols, and analyzed daily stops and losses on the production line.
