Alessandra Magalhaes Rodrigues

Alessandra Magalhaes Rodrigues, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources with extensive experience at Itaú Unibanco and Itaú USA. Alessandra started their career as a Recruiting Intern at AZ Consult - Consultoria em RH in 2006. Alessandra then worked as a Training and Development Assistant at Ernst & Young from 2007 to 2008. Alessandra joined Itaú Unibanco in 2011 as an HR Trainee and later became a Senior Analyst from 2012 to 2013. Alessandra then worked as an HR Business Partner for Investment Banking at Itaú BBA from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Alessandra returned to Itaú Unibanco as a Vice President of HR, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they serve as the CHRO Private International and U.S. at Itaú USA.

Alessandra Magalhaes Rodrigues, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University, obtained between 2017 and 2019. Alessandra also has a Certificate in Business Administration from Insper - SP, earned from 2012 to 2014. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, completed from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2016.
