Andrea Manente is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Italchimica srl since 2020, Andrea previously held the position of Head of Marketing and Communication at Invent srl from 2017 to 2020. Prior roles include Graphic Design and Communication at Marchio Di Fabbrica from 2009 to 2017 and Marketing and Communication at Diadora from 2005 to 2009. Andrea holds a degree from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, earned between 2002 and 2005, in the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy.

The company history started back in 2001 when the Fioretto family set up Italchimica: the Professional detergent manufacturer that aimed to innovate and revolutionise the world of cleaning products with its Sanitec brand. In the beginning the three brothers filled the roles of both owners and the entire workforce, in turn dealing with product mixing, packaging and shipping, and handling transport paperwork and invoicing themselves. In a short time their considerable intuition helped deliver product innovation and gain a greater market share, leading to increasing staff numbers and structure. In recent years, Italchimica has devised and patented important smart washing systems provoking fresh interest in the future of professional cleaning.
