Marco Alaimo

Marco Alaimo has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Marco currently holds the position of IT Security Architect at Italdesign. Prior to this role, they worked as an Android Application Developer at aizoOn Technology Consulting from October 2017 to March 2020. In this position, they were involved in software development security implementation and worked on Android HMI Audi prototypes. Marco also had experience in UX/UI design and implementation. Before joining aizoOn Technology Consulting, Marco worked at Consoft Sistemi as an Android Application Developer from April 2012 to October 2017. Marco was part of a team that developed the FamilyHub app for Telecom Italia, which included features like a dedicated calendar, a todo list, and an AI voice-based assistant. Marco's career started with a Tirocinio (internship) at Pro Logic Informatica in 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Marco Alaimo studied at Politecnico di Torino, where they obtained a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Informatica (Computer Engineering).

Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, Marco Alaimo pursued their undergraduate studies at Politecnico di Torino and earned a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Informatica (Computer Engineering).

Before entering university, Marco Alaimo attended Liceo Scientifico Marie Curie from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Diploma Superiore. The subjects of study at this high school were Matematica, Fisica, and PNI (Physics, Natural Sciences, and Information Technology).

In addition to their formal education, Marco Alaimo has also pursued various certifications. Marco obtained the Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2023. In February 2023, they achieved the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. In April 2013, Marco Alaimo obtained the MongoDB for Java Developers certification from 10gen.com. Prior to that, in June 2009, they obtained the IELTS certification from the University of Cambridge. Finally, in December 2020, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
