Pinto's experience spans across multiple organizations, including Terminal, Billpocket, MLAB Ventures, and Wizeline, where proven competencies in talent management, compliance, and workforce planning contributed to increased retention rates and productivity growth. With a solid educational foundation comprising a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Pinto is recognized for pioneering effective HR strategies and cultivating diverse, inclusive work environments.
