Ernie Arboles

Ernie Arboles has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Ernie is currently working as an Account Director at iTalent Digital, where they collaborate with top Fortune 100 clients to deliver strategic business solutions using the latest technology and management capabilities. Prior to this, Ernie founded and led JASEC Consulting, where they delivered margin enhancement value to companies through strategy definition, sales growth, and operational excellence execution. Ernie also worked at GE/NBC as a Vice President, where they were responsible for integrating broadcast business units and introduced Six Sigma quality initiatives across the division. Additionally, Ernie was a Vice President at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they co-founded and served as a member of the diversity council, and developed a comprehensive diversity and inclusion office.

Ernie Arboles has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the USC Marshall School of Business. Ernie'sfocus during their MBA studies was on Operations Management, Finance, and Organizational Behavior. Prior to their MBA, Ernie Arboles completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Southern California. In addition to their education, Ernie Arboles has obtained certifications in Six Sigma, including the Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE in September 2001, and the Six Sigma Black Belt from GE Capital in June 2000.
