Rinat Chen Shmuli

Rinat Shmuli is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Team Leader at iTalent since July 2021, where innovative recruitment methods and the utilization of AI tools define the approach to sourcing talent in the high-tech industry. Previously, Rinat served as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Project Manager, successfully managing recruitment projects for various startups. From October 2013 to July 2021, Rinat held multiple roles at the Municipality of Jerusalem, culminating in the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing recruitment, selection, and training in addition to managing budgets for staffing.
