Patrizia Merola is currently working as a Project Manager in the Humanities Domain at Italiacamp, with a focus on high-impact projects ranging from youth entrepreneurship to ED&I. Patrizia also serves as an HR Project & Learning Designer and Mentor, partnering with companies to promote human development and organizational growth. Throughout their career, Patrizia has displayed expertise in areas such as organizational change, digital transformation, and talent development. Patrizia is also involved in training and mentoring initiatives, particularly for women in digital, engineering, and STEM fields. With a background in Modern Literature from the University of Naples Federico II, Patrizia brings a strong foundation in humanities to their diverse professional roles.
