Omar Raafat

Omar Raafat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Omar is currently working as a MENA Regional Sales Manager at Italmatch Chemicals since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aubin Group from March 2020 to January 2023, starting as a Sales Manager and later becoming the General Manager. From October 2018 to March 2020, they served as a Key Account Manager at BASF. Before that, they worked at Nalco Champion, An Ecolab Company for eight years, holding different positions including Project Manager, Account Manager, and District Sales Representative. Omar also has experience as a Process Engineer at Perma-Pipe, a Visiting Scholar at Texas A&M University, a Trainee at SIDPEC, a Trainee at Exxon Mobil, and a Research Assistant at McMaster University. Omar'sroles have involved various responsibilities such as sales management, project management, technical expertise, and optimization of processes.

Omar Raafat completed their education from 2008 to 2009 at McMaster University. During this time, they pursued a Masters of Engineering Design degree with a specialization in Process Systems Design & Operation.
